The company didn't send me the right size air filters
My wife and I decided to buy an air purifier for our house.
I thought it was necessary in the past, but I was absolutely positive when we realized that the Coronavirus what’s going to be a big deal.
To make matters worse, my wife and I live in a part of the country that has wildfires all of the time. At one point last year, my wife and I were facing both wildfires and the coronavirus at the same time. This is when we decided to call the air filtration company and have an air purifier installed in our home. It was expensive, but clean air shouldn’t have a price tag. The air filtration equipment works extremely well. It removes harmful viruses, pathogens, bacteria, pollutants, and allergens from the indoor air. The air purifier has an air filter that has to be changed once every month. My wife and I actually change the air filter more frequently, because we don’t want to take any chances that a harmful pollutant will breach the perimeter. Since my wife and I change the air filters frequently, we go through them very quickly. Last time we bought replacement air filters, I ordered them online. The company didn’t send the right size. I had to return the first box and I had to wait 5 days for the new air filters to arrive. Thankfully, they provided me with a 20% discount for all of the hassle and inconvenience. They also paid for the shipping on the first box. It wasn’t a terrible experience, since they made everything right.
